About Us

About Us

We established New House Farm in 2004 in Sussex as a small working farm specialising in breeding pedigree rare breed animals. We also grew herbs for florists and vegetables for our fruit and veg box scheme in our walled garden. We moved to Kent in 2007 and in 2011 launched Newhousefarmdirect to deliver our own unique products, all made in our 5 star hygiene rated kitchen, and fresh Kent produce to your door

We moved to Kennington in 2012 into the 19th century building which was known locally as Knotts off licence. We spent 4 years renovating the building to create a modern and inviting Tearoom & Shop

We are a family business and proud of our delightful team. Our staff are friendly, hard working and dedicated, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the very best standards

The Good Food Shop

Our shop is filled with fresh Kent produce and delicious food all made in our 5 star rated Good Food Shop Kitchen! Our stock is replenished daily and new things are made throughout each day, giving our customers a varied and continuously changing selection of our lovely food

We source our ingredients and the products we sell in our shop from local producers who have supplied us with their amazing products for many years! Our loose leaf teas and coffees are supplied by the Kent & Sussex Tea and Coffee Company in Pluckley, Wobblegate in Sussex supply our shop and tearoom with fresh fruit juices, Hinxden Farm Dairy in Benenden supply us with milk, cream, cheese and yoghurts

All in all we are passionate about our drinks and believe there is nothing better than the real deal
