Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions


  1. The Williams & Thomas Customer Loyalty Program is operated by us, Williams & Thomas. By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Program is only valid within Williams & Thomas.


How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  1. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from Williams & Thomas, Kennington.

  2. Upon purchase of anything from our menu to eat in or takeaway, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per visit. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

  3. Upon purchase of any cake, whole or a slice, if you present a valid loyalty card, 10% will be taken off the price of the cake (whole cake or slice of cake)

  4. The loyalty card can only be used by the loyalty card holder and not used by other customers, friends or family of the loyalty card holder.

  5. Only valid Williams & Thomas stamps will be accepted. No other forms of Loyalty Points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale.

  2. A slice of cake and a coffee or tea or hot chocolate melt or chilled drink (not our luxury hot chocolate melts) can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of ten (10) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s next visit, to Williams & Thomas. The Card Holder must keep the valid Loyalty Card, upon redemption and will be given a new Loyalty Card.

  3. A full Loyalty Card may only be redeemed for one (1) slice of cake and drink (luxury hot chocolate melts not included) once per transaction or redemption. No other Loyalty Card may be used in conjunction.

Additional Information

  1. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.

  2. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  3. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.

  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  5. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at

  6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

  7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in England and are governed by the appropriate laws.
